La dimensione riflessiva nell’orientamento alla Employability
The second Remploy dissemination event, entitled “The reflexive dimension in the Employability orientation”, organised by the University of Naples Federico II, was held online on Tuesday 23rd April 2024, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
In this context, the focus started with the theoretical approach presented by the Dott.ssa Mariarosaria De Simone (Univesity of Naples Federico II) who addressed the meta-reflexive approach that every master degree student should adopt in order to create a personal path, through the academic experience, by collecting the sense of control of the presence with the practice of mindfulness.
The reflection has been followed by the expertise of two professionals Dott.ssa Marianna Capo and Dott.ssa Carmela Vono, who works at the SINAPSI centre, an interactive Lab promoted by the University of Naples Federico II, where students can ask and receive orientation, self-reflection opportunities, self-knowledge, self-promotion for future jobs, and where is possible to discover or to define the trajectories to develop their own future. A brilliant reality which aims to foster the sense of control and the self-esteem, essential aspects to develop the so-called Employability.

The event is part of the PRIN Research Project (2022LTZXNA), REMPLOY, Reconsidering Graduate Employability: Educational Pathways for Transitions to Work (2023-2025). The Project, conducted by the Universities of Florence, Milano Bicocca, and Naples “Federico II,” is concerned with studying the conditions of Employability of Master's Degree Courses in the pedagogical area with the aim of contributing to the definition of Educational and Training Professionalism in the contexts of Pedagogical Coordination, Business Management, and Institutional Leadership.
