The first Remploy dissemination event “Employability: from theory to practice”, organised by the University of Florence, took place on Friday 15th March 2024, through the GMeet online platform, from 10:30am to 12:30pm. The Webinar brought together distinguished professors from national italian universities, respected professionists of third sector and many students from the Remploy partnership uinversities: University of Florence, University of Milano Bicocca and University of Naples Federico II. In order to offer a clearer perspective in the matter of how to foster the transition to labour market for master students of the pedagogical area, a reflection has been presented by Professor Andrea Potestio (University of Bergamo), who spoke in regard to the importance of the educational internship as a educational practice for the students employability. Furthermore, the precious contribution of the Professor Daniela Dato (University of Foggia) embraced the peculiar relevance of fostering students' transitions, towards pedagogical professions, to adopt a humanistic management approach in the companies they will work in. The debate carried on by welcoming the expertises of Dott. Lorenzo Corsellini (Cooperativa Di Vittorio) and Dott.ssa Gabriella Campanile (Associazione Donne 4.0), whose experience showed the complexity of coexistence between coordination and pedagogical leadership, in third sector and social economy contexts, which is constantly changing in terms of human, social, economic and technological needs. This point opened the opportunity to Professor Francesca Torlone (University of Florence) to conclude the debate by taking into account the possible roles University can play as institution, covering a strategic bridge role in the delicate moment of change, for young adults, from the academic life to the work world.
