The third Remploy dissemination event “Pedagogical profiles and the world of work. Implicit narratives and premises”, organised by the University of Milano Bicocca, took place on Friday 24th May 2024, on the Google Meet online platform, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Within this frame, the Universities Units coordinators Professors Vanna Boffo, Laura Formenti and Maura Striano opened the session with their institutional welcome to all the students and audience attending. The reflection on pedagogical profiles was introduced, along with the connection to the labour market, throughout the needed implicit narratives and premises of the academic Professors Micaela Castiglioni and Andrea Galimberti, from the University of Milano Bicocca. Subsequently, the speech trend of Professor Pascal Perillo (University of Suor Orsola Benincasa and CoNCLEP President - National Coordination of Professional Socio-pedagogical Educators and Pedagogists Courses of Study) focused on the Universities' bridge role between past and future, while living the change of the present.
Within this frame, some of the expectations and the reality of the world of profit and non-profit work was integrated by the expertise of Dott.ssa Silvia Guffanti (Contact person human resources table, Consorzio Consolida, Lecco) and Dott.ssa Cinzia Trimboli (Counselor for corporate welfare, University of Milano Bicocca internship contact).
Moreover, the discussion was followed by some reflection of Professor Elisabetta Biffi (Coordinator of the Master’s Degree Programme in Pedagogical Sciences, University of Milan Bicocca) and Professor Cristiano Ghiringhelli (Coordinator of the Master’s Degree Programme in Training and Development of Human Resources University of Milan Bicocca) who conveyed their visions by discussing on still opened questions and some innovative strategies, in order to deal with the challenges of the pedagogical professional’ field.

The event is part of the PRIN Research Project (2022LTZXNA), REMPLOY, Reconsidering Graduate Employability: Educational Pathways for Transitions to Work (2023-2025). The Project, conducted by the Universities of Florence, Milano Bicocca, and Naples “Federico II,” is concerned with studying the conditions of Employability of Master's Degree Courses in the pedagogical area with the aim of contributing to the definition of Educational and Training Professionalism in the contexts of Pedagogical Coordination, Business Management, and Institutional Leadership.
